Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to the bos01 website, player accounts, cashier functions, casino products, live dealer games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, customer support channels, and related services. References to “bos01”, “we”, “our”, or “the platform” mean the operator providing those services. References to “player”, “you”, or “user” mean the person accessing bos01.

Sports Betting Rules

A sports wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by bos01. The bet slip, accepted odds, market, stake, and timestamp form the relevant transaction record. Odds may change before acceptance, especially during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other in-play events.

bos01 settles wagers using official results or a reliable recognised data source. Subsequent disqualifications, appeals, or corrections may not affect settlement unless the market rules state otherwise. Markets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, materially rescheduled, incorrectly listed, affected by a technical error, or compromised by integrity concerns.

Players must not use confidential team information, insider knowledge, automated scraping, coordinated betting, arbitrage abuse, match manipulation, or any method intended to obtain an unfair advantage. bos01 may restrict markets, limit stakes, void affected bets, or close an account where credible evidence of prohibited activity exists.

Casino and Live Dealer Games

If prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, bos01 may suspend access, withhold affected transactions, request further documents, void wagers directly connected to the conduct, and report relevant information where legally required. Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bos01 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services, a player’s device, incorrect payment details, an unsupported crypto network, reliance on betting as income, or a failure to protect account credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints and Dispute Review

A player should raise a complaint with bos01 support as soon as reasonably possible and provide the account username, transaction reference, event or game details, relevant date, and a clear description of the issue. Support communications must remain respectful and must not include threats, abusive language, or false information.
